four stupid question determined you life job

there are four stupid question which asked from HR in interview to applied job in Egypt:
what is your opinion about the polices?
and why brought your Beard ?
and what is your father job and your mother job ?
and what is your social statutes (it does not single or married)?
so after searching jobs in Egypt form graduated year to this current year this is question asked and they were not ask about my graduated project and about thinking when approved in this job and there are a problem this is expected salary when you determine the salary they not apply your demand they give you low salary against the requirement of the life like food and clothes and transporting and if you want to prepare the master or PHD or coursers to develop your self and enhancement your qualification to get the high position in your job and in this company for example so if you are layer you get the high position to reach the president of the layers republic and if you honesty and kind you are one of this prisoner or sacrifice or non job but thinking and to be maker this is not allow in Egypt in means you are think .
to get job in Egypt you mast be layer and dishonesty and not use your brain it means stupid worker.

what is my goal in my life?

At first this question is difficult question but it is important question(what is your demand in your life and how to achieve your goal in this life) answer this question need the hundreds of papers the life not means eating or drink or marry this demand need to continuous the life of human on earth but it is not goal the directions of life is many so every body asked himself what is my goal in my life and what is after life this is questions which determined our needs in this life and adjudged or our thoughts and our traditions and our treatments so every body of us show him self and accountable him self because this question stop in the life but after life …………. to complete
